The immersive hybrid classrooms, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and artificial intelligence, are already implemented in 33 classrooms at the University of Celaya to guarantee a safe return to classes next August, ensuring the continuity of academic quality.
These classrooms are already being used by teachers and students at all levels, such is the case of the Master's Degree in Administration, where there have been very good comments about how well the technology and the 4K camera system works, which, thanks to artificial intelligence mechanisms, have facial recognition that follows the teacher around the room and recognizes the human voice, eliminating environmental noise to achieve greater fidelity in the audio, giving fluency to class participation.
In high school, in biology and mathematics, Rosalba Vega, a 4th semester student, says that the hybrid classrooms allow her to pay more attention and concentrate during class, improving her academic performance and a better group dynamic, as well as the confidence of feeling safer in a classroom with fewer students.
Thanks to this integral model of educational evolution, more meaningful learning experiences will be generated for students and teachers, since the integration of technological-academic components within the classroom will allow interaction between students who will attend classrooms in person and those who will participate remotely, stimulating collaborative work, discussions in real time, critical thinking, to mention a few skills.

The measurement process in the ranking contemplates the application of surveys both to companies and public and private institutions, as well as to opinion leaders, political scientists, marketers, professors, doctors and communicologists of our country to define the best 200 universities in Mexico among a universe of more than 5000 institutions (SEP, 2019).

In order to maintain the highest standards of academic quality and ensure the safety of teachers, students and their families, the University of Celaya has made a significant investment in technological infrastructure to convert its classrooms into Hybrid Immersive Classrooms where a system of 4K smart cameras, high fidelity microphones and interactive screens within a technological platform with teaching materials and first class technical support will allow students to participate in person or virtually with the same interaction between peers and teachers as if they were in a normal classroom.
This model will be implemented at all educational levels from Uniamerican International School, Prepa Uni and Universidad de Celaya, continuing 100% with the essence of integral education, learning through projects and challenges, research, and collaborative work with the highest standards.
With the above, students and their parents will be able to choose between the face-to-face and virtual models, preserving their safety at all times and maintaining an organized, structured and efficient learning experience in which students feel included, listened to, accompanied and, above all, motivated by interacting in a more natural way.

The University of Celaya has a significant impact on organizations and in the formation of human talent through training for small and medium enterprises, non-profit organizations and government institutions. We motivate the productive and administrative sector of our region to achieve the best practices to be more efficient, productive, provide better service and take advantage of all the human talent and opportunities for innovation, growth and development that exist.
Research on human development in the company and studies on business opportunities in Celaya have been carried out.
In addition to this, there are projects that solve specific needs of companies, such as analysis to improve processes, development of corporate identity and websites for organizations such as Agencia Misionera Sin Fronteras and Cielo Abierto, and Assertive Communication programs for INFOPOL.

My name is Emilia Páramo Florencio, I am a graduate of the Industrial and Administrative Engineering program, Generation 2002. My professional experience has been in the automotive, metal mechanic and appliance sectors. I have advised several companies in the areas of Quality, Manufacturing, Lean Processes, Design and Development of Products and Processes.
I currently work at Mabe Refrigeradores in the Celaya Plant, I am a Lean Leader for the most important transformation process of the company which consists of evolving to the Industry 4.0 *Digital Era* strategy.
My professional training has given me the basis to have a global business vision and analytical thinking for decision making, as well as the key knowledge to understand each of the edges of the industry, a key aspect is that I am always on the side of problem solvers, which is a characteristic that seeks to emphasize my profession.
In addition to participating in teaching in the Faculty of Engineering at Uni, which personally is my contribution to society both as a student and in the industrial sector, through a Hands On program, I am doing an immersion in the industry learning 'live' in manufacturing processes through a Mabe-Uni collaboration, which I am leading with the aim of laying the foundations of knowledge through experience and active learning as well as training potential candidates for the business sector.
I have also participated in a couple of publications where my main reference is the educational and training process at the University of Celaya. I have also participated in seminars of the Uni-ASQ conducting workshops on lean manufacturing tools and have made presentations to different audiences (high school, soon to graduate, new entrants, etc.) with the aim of extending the process from making a career decision in order to share the challenges, achievements and benefits experienced and extend the experience gained, as well as share what we expect from students from the industrial field and participating in achieving this hand in hand with students through their training.

On Monday, January 14, the Law School held the Cátedra Prima de Leyes with the theme: State Anticorruption System, taught by Dr. Román Gustavo Méndez, who is currently a member of the Citizen Participation Committee of the State Anticorruption System and a member of the Coordinating Committee of the State Anticorruption System.
This system seeks that government institutions, organizations, companies, educational institutions and in general the civil society join together to eradicate corruption in our state.
As part of the program, agreements are made to carry out various strategies that contribute to this project, the University of Celaya is the first state institution to sign the collaboration agreement to contribute through communication, research, training and awareness to young people in order to bring our society to a position where transparency and the rule of law prevail.
