My name is Raymundo Montes Martínez, I am a graduate of the Bachelor's Degree in International Trade of the 2017 generation. The University of Celaya gave me the basis to acquire a global vision and the ability to create solutions to all kinds of business problems that arise in my environment. Within my career, it was the subject of electronic business that changed my "chip" and made me know my vocation... Digital business.
I consider myself a young businessman - entrepreneur with 24 years old, passionate about digital business and eager to share my vision and leadership to other entrepreneurs who want to leave their positive footprint in the world. Within my work experience, I can highlight my ability to create high impact ventures, focused on business models with disruptive innovation and the work involved in their business development and strategic planning to transform Startups with unique solutions in the market.
I started entrepreneurship at the age of 20 and I am pleased to say that I have failed in 4 projects, which provided me with ample learning in terms of the mistakes I made and the continuous improvement in my path as an entrepreneur.
Failure is what leads to success and I say this because all the mistakes I made, the number of doors that were closed to me and the people who gave me advice, at the end of the day gave me the possibility to see the fruits of my efforts. Today, I can gladly share some of the successes I have achieved in my short business career:
- Founder of Acopio de Metales Guanajuato. Acomet is a company dedicated to the collection of metal waste.
- Exhibitor as an entrepreneur at the Automotive Forum Querétaro 2016.
- Exhibitor as entrepreneur at the International Aluminum Congress 2016.
- Grantee by INADEM 2017 under Call for Proposals: 1.1 Development of Networks and Global Value Chains.
- Founder of GlobalMark. It is an extended collaborative social network dedicated to connecting people.
- Winner with GlobalMark in the e-Commerce Startup Competition Mexico 2019, obtaining recognition as the best e-commerce startup in Mexico, by the e-Commerce Institute.
I currently serve as Chairman of the Board and CEO of GlobalMark, an extended collaboration social network dedicated to connecting people and expanding their professional and business development possibilities. Our purpose is to provide technological tools that facilitate communication and collaborative efficiency among people and that they can use them as a means of collaboration among their own work teams and with other people or companies with whom they can quickly and conveniently interact.
We want to benefit society, we want to make it possible for them to get a job, establish professional and business relationships, undertake projects, share knowledge, organize their activities and position their brands, products and services, in one place and in a different way.

My name is Emilia Páramo Florencio, I am a graduate of the Industrial and Administrative Engineering program, Generation 2002. My professional experience has been in the automotive, metal mechanic and appliance sectors. I have advised several companies in the areas of Quality, Manufacturing, Lean Processes, Design and Development of Products and Processes.
I currently work at Mabe Refrigeradores in the Celaya Plant, I am a Lean Leader for the most important transformation process of the company which consists of evolving to the Industry 4.0 *Digital Era* strategy.
My professional training has given me the basis to have a global business vision and analytical thinking for decision making, as well as the key knowledge to understand each of the edges of the industry, a key aspect is that I am always on the side of problem solvers, which is a characteristic that seeks to emphasize my profession.
In addition to participating in teaching in the Faculty of Engineering at Uni, which personally is my contribution to society both as a student and in the industrial sector, through a Hands On program, I am doing an immersion in the industry learning 'live' in manufacturing processes through a Mabe-Uni collaboration, which I am leading with the aim of laying the foundations of knowledge through experience and active learning as well as training potential candidates for the business sector.
I have also participated in a couple of publications where my main reference is the educational and training process at the University of Celaya. I have also participated in seminars of the Uni-ASQ conducting workshops on lean manufacturing tools and have made presentations to different audiences (high school, soon to graduate, new entrants, etc.) with the aim of extending the process from making a career decision in order to share the challenges, achievements and benefits experienced and extend the experience gained, as well as share what we expect from students from the industrial field and participating in achieving this hand in hand with students through their training.

Pedro Duhart Benavides, Uni graduate and designer of architecture and urbanism.
I currently co-direct an office dedicated to the contemporary production of architecture and urbanism. Simultaneously, my theoretical activity as a researcher at the University of Michigan has focused on examining the relationship between infrastructural systems -physical and virtual- that specifically enable the production of certain architectural objects. These systems are currently the most widely used tool to manipulate and urbanize vast territorial extensions mainly in America and Asia.
My most recent work is a collaboration between faculty from the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, University of Michigan in conjunction with the School of Architecture, University of Celaya designed in the form of a seminar focused on researching and interpreting the image of Celaya, and thus, creating a record of the Bajio metropolitan area within the geo-economic structure of Mexico at the beginning of 2019.
The interest in interpreting the image of our cities through the representation of the urban dynamics that inhabit them arises after personally experiencing the qualities of the lifestyle generated by the metropolization systems in the Bajío. Within this process of accelerated urbanization it is easy to visualize the expansive, dispersed and fractured pattern with which our cities are being built.
From an international perspective, I believe that this way of building our cities evidences certain intellectual limits on the part of those responsible for structuring the necessary legal frameworks to encourage equitable regional and national urban development. At the same time, I also believe that it shows how few designers have the interest and capacity to understand and work on the metropolitan scale, so that we can work in a multidisciplinary way to create strategies that socially empower users.
For these reasons, I saw the need to influence the academic formation of the future designers of the Bajio. Roberto Rojas and look for the opportunity to interact with the students in order to instigate sophisticated ways of producing the future of our cities.

Eduardo Navarrete, Architecture student, was winner of the State Scholarship "Hands for the World" and made a stay in Italy, here he tells us about his experience:
During my stay in Italy I did a Workcamp in a small town called Luz St. Sauveur in the Pyrenees in the south of France. It was three weeks volunteering in a restoration and rescue of a stone road, as it is a tourist site with activities such as trekking, hiking, tyrlosse and rafting.
It was a unique experience in which we were 14 volunteers from countries such as Russia, Turkey, South Korea, France, Ukraine, Canada, Spain and of course Mexico.
During that time I learned to live collectively and to have an exchange of ideas and cultures, as well as to represent Mexico and Guanajuato.
An experience that I will never forget in which I have learned a lot because the work was related to my career (construction) in addition to meeting incredible people!

Experience of our graduate Fabi Reyes - Industrial Engineering, Winner of the "Hands for the World" Scholarship in Denmark.
The volunteering "search for new alternatives for sustainable living" that I did in Brenderup, Denmark has changed me in a positive way, since I have learned different ways to take advantage of the resources we have in nature and also that many of the things we buy and use are not necessary. I want to share with the people around me that mentality that we can live in a very simple and sustainable way, making the best use of the resources we have and being able to offer nature a respite from all the pollutants and waste that man is leaving in its wake. On the other hand, I could see that Denmark is one of the countries with a deeply rooted cycling culture and that most people prefer this method of transportation that is accessible to all people in addition to having a conscience in the care of the environment such as not generating so much waste and having a vision of recycling, eating organic and national products, as well as the use of chemical-free products, to create sustainable infrastructure. In a personal way, Denmark maintains order and security for all its inhabitants. In this way we could take into account these alternatives to implement them in our country.
I would like to share this lifestyle, starting with the group closest to me and having a growth at an institutional level where we can talk and look for new alternatives for the care of the environment, as well as the creation of sustainable infrastructure. Also, to teach small actions that really improve the environment and share an ideology of simplicity leaving aside differences and arrogance.
Finally, I would like to tell young people that perseverance makes the difference as people and that, if they really believe in something, they should be encouraged to pursue it and always think about the positive and negative repercussions they can bring to others. Finally, I would like to tell them to take a risk, to make things happen and generate change, together we make a difference!
Thank you very much UNI for all the international experiences in which I was able to participate!

Juan Carlos Gallegos, Global Business student was winner of the State Scholarship "The Washington Center" for the period August - December 2018, here he tells us about his experience.
Living abroad and getting out of my comfort zone are some of the things I enjoy most about having an international experience. Washington, DC is a city full of opportunities with many professionals looking to make their mark on a political or economic landscape. Living there has taught me many things about the culture of the United States and why certain decisions are made. As part of this experience I had the honor of being part of The Washington Center doing a seminar on public policy and project development. During this period I was working in the North American Regional Office of ProMexico, where I learned many things, but above all how to approach future investors to the Mexican market. The city, besides having a great political importance, also has a networking culture. During my stay I had the opportunity to meet different members of embassies from countries such as Germany, Mexico, Japan, Switzerland and New Zealand, as well as collaborators from the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. Finally, I emphasize that all of this is achievable by being proactive and having an open mind to the different opportunities that one is presented with.
