The School of Engineering forms the new Student Chapter with the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), an internationally recognized association in supply chain and operations management concepts.
Thanks to this link, students will have the opportunity to be certified in CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), interact with international experts in these topics and be constantly updated with cutting-edge logistics tools, which are very important to be aligned with the current requirements of large companies.
The challenge now for the Chapter's board of directors is to generate activities to disseminate Supply Chain tools among the society.
