PhD registration process

Step 1. Autobiography and explanatory statement.

 Fill out the autobiography and explanatory note form, the document must be printed and filled out by hand in print and number 2 pencil.

It is sent to the Administrative Coordination and the Psychopedagogical Department, to the post office: laguilar@udec.edu.mx And lcaracheo@udec.edu.mx

 

Step 2. Interview and acceptance to the program.

 Attend the scheduled interview with the Administrative Coordination of the program.

Wait via e-mail for the acceptance letter. Once received pass to the Department of Admissions (if applying for a scholarship). Then to school services and to the cashier's office to register.

 

 

Step 3. Delivery of documents.

 In School Services:

  • Fill out application form
  • Copy of the acceptance letter.
  • Original and simple copy of the birth certificate.
  • Simple copy of the CURP.
  • Notarized copy front and back of master's degree.
  • Notarized copy front and back of the master's certificate.
  • Original of the total master's certificate.
  • 2 black-and-white child-size photos on thin paper (no snapshots)

In Treasury: copy of the scholarship letter, if applicable.
