When you entered Uni did you know there were international programs?

I did know that the programs existed since I have been studying at Uni since high school.

Did you think you would go live and study abroad in your first semester?

I had the idea of doing it, but I didn't know if that dream was going to come true and at what point in my career and my life I was going to realize it.

Have you ever lived or studied outside of Mexico before?

No

What prompted or motivated you to study in another country?

I was very interested in knowing if I could develop both personally and professionally outside my country and away from my family.

Why did you decide to study in that country?

I decided to study in Chile because of its educational level, as well as the type of landscapes that this country could offer me.

How did you feel when you arrived in the new country?

At first I had mixed feelings because it was the first time I was going to live alone and outside my country, but time went by and I was able to get used to and adapt to my new lifestyle relatively quickly.

How have you been received at the university where you arrived?

It is a university that is truly committed to each of the exchange students who come to it, the international relations people were very attentive and all the time are willing to help.

What will you miss most about Mexico?

I think what I missed the most was the people and the culture, but it's not that hard to get used to your new lifestyle.

What about the Uni?

To my friends

What is the most exciting thing you have experienced so far in this experience?

Living alone and being able to grow and realize the things I am capable of doing no matter who I am with.

And the hardest part?

Get used to fend for yourself in any situation.

What do you expect as a person and as a professional from this program?

I hope this is just the beginning of many personal and professional achievements.

Do you recommend these opportunities provided by Uni to your colleagues?

Definitely worth doing, thanks to my University!
