As part of the linkage strategy between companies and students, the University of Celaya and Bachoco organized a day with conferences and workshops specialized in management, quality, production, etc. for students, these activities, in turn, serve to detect talents that can collaborate with Bachoco through internships or as professionals already in the company.
Activities such as these help young people to identify their talents and preferences to develop either as independent entrepreneurs or as collaborators in national and international corporations.
