Stephen Ezell, vice president of the Washington DC - Based Think Tank and member of The Information Technology and Innovation Foundation ITIF, talked to our Communication and Marketing students about the 10 keys that organizations must understand about themselves and their competition to develop strategies that make a difference and are more effective.

These innovation keys that should always be kept in mind are: business model, networks, organization, processes, product performance, product platform, service, channels, brand and customer engagement.

When organizations analyze how the competition is using these points, it will give them tools to innovate and distinguish themselves, making it easier to achieve their objectives.

This videoconference is part of the cycle of talks with experts that our students have continuously as part of the Start Up Center Program, a space that motivates our young people to imagine, innovate, create and undertake.
