Graduate Profile

At the end of the program, the graduate of the Master's Degree in Information Technology Management of the Universidad de Celaya will have knowledge about information technology, its management and application in different areas of business -public or private- industrial and services, both national and international.

Knowledge:

To understand business processes and design, implement and analyse the implications of technological innovations in organizations.
Practical to analyze the flow of information to plan, organize, implement, evaluate and control technology management projects, allowing the company to have sufficient and competent tools to optimally manage the resources it has.
To identify and analyze the technological needs that the company requires to be competitive, enabling it to develop and implement strategic plans, programs, training, equipment updating, implementation of new technologies and everything Required to achieve a substantive benefit in the company.
To have the technical fundamentals of the disciplines required for the management of an organization, in order to develop both nationally and internationally.
To determine the sources of capital and financing for the organization, being able to measure the profitability of the company, as well as the adequate distribution of benefits or profits.
