The Degree in Human Factor Management responds to the demands of the globalized world, walking at the forefront in the training of professionals to solve future situations in companies and groups potentiating human talent.
The degree in Human Factor Management will train professionals with a high leadership profile, capable of designing, applying and evaluating strategies that respond to the needs of institutions, as well as directing and focusing their resources towards achieving their objectives through human resource management.

Graduate Profile
The graduate will be able to solve problems that arise in institutions dedicated to the administration of the human factor in educational, labor, social or health environments.
Identify and analyze the human and ethical factors present in dealing with institutions and individuals, allowing him/her to diagnose, develop and implement strategic plans for behavioral intervention at individual and group levels in public or private institutions in the social, educational, labor or health areas.
The graduate will act with authentic leadership, results-oriented, social responsibility, human sense and proactivity in its professional work, human interaction and research.
